## Description

WSP's Visual Studios is seeking a Project Manager to join their progressive and successful award-winning team. They are looking to expand their ability to service their amazing clients and find another team member to build and expand partnerships with passionate clients in the Energy industry.

The role involves managing multiple projects, developing clear scopes, realistic budgets, resource plans, and schedules for visualization projects. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of visualization, visual analysis, power delivery or energy experience with a good understanding of the visualization industry. Some project management and leadership experience are also required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining great working relationships with WSP staff, WSP management, and building partnerships with clients

- Partnering with the production team to provide clear direction and keep client deliverables on schedule

- Ensuring successful projects through great planning, anticipating potential risks and challenges

- Leading multiple projects while coordinating competing deadlines and resources

- Developing clear scopes, realistic budgets, resource plans, and schedules for visualization projects

- Maintaining accurate work plans, project records, and financial tracking throughout delivery

- Supporting production teams to be successful while they work on projects for clients

- Tracking deliverables, milestones, risks, decisions, and action items, and communicating project status to clients and internal teams

- Identifying and qualifying new clients to build partnerships

- Working with the Visualization team to effectively market new and establish clients successfully

- Assisting in achieving WSP's Strategic Goals identified in the annual visualization business plan

- Helping identify new initiatives through innovation and use of emerging technologies

The expected salary for this position is $102,200 - $150,000.
