## Description

Through our extended onboarding program, you will grow with the demands of our most strategic programs and deliver outstanding customer success.

To be successful in the role, you:

- Own the strategic architecture: Define and execute the enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture roadmap across the Customer 360 platform (Sales, Service, Data, Security)

- Harness AI and automation: Establish robust governance, trust layers, and architectural guardrails for Salesforce Agentforce (Agent Orchestration, Trusted Agent Governance, Prompt Engineering, Trust Boundary Management)

- Shape the Data 360 strategy: Architect scalable data foundations using Salesforce Data 360, focusing on real-time ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, and zero-copy integrations

- Secure the enterprise: Design end-to-end security architectures (Identity & Access Management, Encryption, Shield, Event Monitoring, Data Privacy/GDPR) to mitigate risks in complex multi-org landscapes

- Govern APIs and integrations: Define and enforce secure API integration patterns across the Salesforce ecosystem

- Lead and guide the engagement: Act as lead architect by coordinating and aligning the work of multiple architects

- Align delivery and solution evaluation: Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation in agile delivery cycles

- Mentor and grow others: Mentor diverse teams , customers, partners, and colleagues , in technical delivery as well as in communication strategies and executive influence

- Drive internal initiatives: Identify, lead, or contribute to pivotal internal initiatives such as innovations and building a strategic brand

- Support pre-sales: Where required, support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Services

**Basic Requirements**

- Language requirement (mandatory): Professional business fluency in German is a hard requirement for this role. Fluent English is required in addition for international collaboration within Salesforce.

- Professional experience: Proven track record as a Principal/Program Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Architect in complex Salesforce ecosystems

- Deep security focus: Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Enterprise Security, Data Protection (Shield, Event Monitoring), Governance, and security posture assessments

- Cutting-edge tech stack: Hands-on expertise architecting solutions around Data 360 and Agentforce Harnessing (Trust Layer controls)

- Technical leadership: Deep mastery of core technical foundations (Apex, LWC, event-driven architectures, SSO/OAuth, APIs / API Management, CI/CD, MCP & A2A), including coding experience in object-oriented languages

- Well-Architected patterns: Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and its patterns

- Agent orchestration & trusted agent governance: Practical experience designing multi-agent orchestration patterns and running autonomous agents safely at enterprise scale

- Empathy & Salesforce values: You lead with empathy and consistently act in line with Salesforce's core values (Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality)

- Hands-on mentality & AI-first mindset: A hands-on approach with a clear sense of enterprise architecture , comfortable moving between strategic design and the details when needed

- Team player mentality: A collaborative, team-first attitude , you actively support your fellow architects, share knowledge openly, and contribute to a strong team culture

- Flexible working style: Comfortable working independently on engagements as well as within large, cross-functional team setups

- Communication: Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

- Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications or a demonstrated willingness to acquire relevant certifications in the near term

**Preferred Requirements**

- Architecture credentials: Relevant equivalent experience as an Enterprise Architect within the Salesforce environment or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or advanced architectural credentials (System / Application Architect)

- AI model providers and tooling: Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Google Gemini, etc., and with AI-assisted developer tooling such as VSCode

- Integration and analytics: Experience with MuleSoft / API-led connectivity, Tableau/Analytics, and Informatica as components of the Enterprise AI Harness

- Large programs and agile delivery: Experience across the Customer 360 platform (Sales, Service, Data 360, Agentforce), multi-SI and large transformation programs

- Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree (Computer Science or related field) or equivalent practical experience

- Community: You have achieved Agentblazer Legend 2026 status
