## Description

Join Hang Seng Bank as an Associate Relationship Manager and develop a wide-spectrum of retail banking product knowledge. You'll deliver quality customer service, identify customer needs, and recommend banking services and solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver quality customer service to Mainland and cross-border customers

- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking services and solutions

- Participate in sales and promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty

- Maintain a strong awareness of operational risks and comply with applicable policies and guidelines

Requirements:

- University degree / Associate degree holders; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with passes in Mathematics and Chinese/ English

- Minimum 1 year of experience in account opening and relevant direct sales experience in the banking industry

- Possess appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Papers 1, 2 and 3 are mandatory; HKSI Papers 1, 7 and 8 are preferred)

- Strong customer service and sales mindset; self-motivated with effective communication and interpersonal skills

- High proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST. Proficiency in Cantonese and English is an advantage
