## Description

We are seeking a professional to drive Grab's regional Seller Programme and support user growth plans across GrabMall. This role combines two complementary responsibilities: translating strategy into practical seller programmes and supporting user acquisition and engagement strategies.

**Seller Programme**

- Develop and roll out seller-facing programmes and policies

- Design seller incentive programmes to drive platform engagement and commercial growth

- Identify seller pain points and develop scalable programme responses

- Work closely with country leads and cross-functional teams to socialise and refine seller programmes

**User Growth**

- Support the planning and execution of user growth initiatives for GrabMall

- Contribute to strategies that convert the existing Grab user base into active GrabMall shoppers

- Partner with Marketing and Country teams to support high-velocity campaign cadences

**Qualifications**

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, platform operations, strategy, or growth marketing

- Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to translate analyses to actionable business insights

- Proven ability to build operational policies from scratch

- Stakeholder management skills

- Prior exposure to seller/merchant programme management, country or category leadership, or cross-market growth roles

- Understanding of the SEA landscape is a significant plus
