## Description

The Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by cleaning and maintaining kitchenware.

Responsibilities:

- Wash, rinse, and sanitise all kitchen items including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware

- Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces and storage areas

- Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately

- Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and practices

- Support the kitchen team by replenishing stock and assisting where required

Requirements:

- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Reliability, discretion, and a professional attitude

- Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
