## Description

We are seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to oversee selected Edeka regions, regional key accounts, and top multi-store entrepreneurs. As a Key Account Manager, you will independently manage and strategically develop these accounts, negotiate and implement product ranges, promotions, placements, and product launches, and ensure availability and distribution of our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Market observation and analysis-based strategy development: continuously monitor market and competitive developments, derive relevant action plans, and assess customer potential using analysis platforms like Circana, GfK, and customer-specific data.

- Target-oriented customer management: take sole responsibility for your selected customer portfolio, prepare and conduct customer meetings, create action, passage, and product information for the field sales team, and plan and organize trade fairs.

- Sales, revenue, and profitability: develop growth plans for sales, revenue, and value creation, control and monitor profitability using CPM and BI systems, and take responsibility for quantity and production planning.

- Cross-departmental cooperation and communication: maintain open and active communication within the company, work proactively with other departments, and regularly accompany field sales and other team members on rides in the respective regions.

**Requirements:**

- Completed business or economics studies (BBA, BSc, etc.) or comparable commercial training/experience

- Fluent German and very good to negotiation-safe English skills

- Convincing, communicative, and assertive personality with pronounced negotiation skills

- Analytical thinking and numerical understanding, combined with the ability to independently derive conclusions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong customer and service orientation

- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Resilience and endurance

- Good structure/organisation ability

- Proactive, fast, and solution-oriented action paired with a hands-on mentality
