## Description

You will work out of our office in Bethesda, MD, reporting to the Market Development Advisor.

Your role involves interacting with TRICARE beneficiaries, Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) staff, government personnel, senior military leaders, and civilian healthcare providers and facilities via in-person meetings, telephone calls, emails, and chats.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring MTF, beneficiary, and provider understanding of the TRICARE health plan and navigation of the Military Health System

- Conducting outreach activities, which may require travel and uncommon duty hours

**Required Qualifications:**

- U.S. Citizenship, as required by our Department of Defense contract

- Interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)

- Willingness to travel and work uncommon hours, including some travel to other clinics in the area for briefings

- One year of experience in customer relations, public contact positions, and/or TRICARE, including presentations to groups

- Experience handling high-volume customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience analyzing information, researching problems, and determining and implementing solutions

- Experience in healthcare provider relations

- Knowledge of the TRICARE program

**Work Schedule and Compensation:**

- Scheduled weekly hours: 40

- Pay range: $64,600 - $75,000 per year

- Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance
