## Description

We are seeking a Referent (m/w/d) Labour and Social Law to join our team.

As a Referent, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the Works Council and other employee representatives.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing legal advice and support to the Works Council and other employee representatives

- Preparing and accompanying negotiations between the Works Council and management

- Creating expert opinions and reports

- Reviewing and advising on compliance regulations

- Checking and accompanying the implementation of company guidelines

- Preparing decision templates, presentations, and events

Requirements:

- Completed studies in law with a focus on labour law

- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role

- Very good knowledge of applicable collective bargaining agreements

- Experience in project and process management

- High standards for your work and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
