## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated student or intern to join our team in Requirements and Project Management for exciting automotive projects focused on electrified drive systems. As an intern, you will gain valuable practical experience in requirements engineering, data analysis, and modern tools.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Support the capture, analysis, and maintenance of requirements in exciting automotive customer development projects in the field of electrified and electrical drive systems

- Contribute to the planning, organization, and coordination of customer development and research projects

- Create and maintain project reports, evaluations, and presentations to make project successes visible using modern tools for efficient data preparation and analysis

- Participate in project meetings, actively contribute your ideas, and support the implementation and further development of processes in quality and knowledge management

- Assist with cost and progress control, as well as resource and work planning

**Your Profile:**

- Currently enrolled in a technical or business-related degree program

- Strong interest in automotive and innovation, ideally in the field of electrified drive systems

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with an interest in digital tools and an affinity for topics such as data analysis or artificial intelligence

- Structured and independent working style with a hands-on mentality

- Excellent communication skills in German and good English language skills
