## Description

Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in the In Store Bakery at Culverhouse Cross. Work Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 05:00 to 09:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in December.

As a hands-on Customer Assistant, you'll bring energy and attention to detail to deliver hot bread, fresh perspectives, and fast, five-star service to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing demand and maintaining high standards in food quality and safety

- Balancing speed with safety during peak hours

- Working closely with others to maintain fast, high-quality output

- Adapting to the rhythm of the store and working across different roles as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to work with specialist cutting equipment (candidates under 18 cannot be considered due to health and safety legislation)

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings

Benefits:

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
