As a Kubernetes Engineer, you will lead the design, codification, testing, and delivery of Kubernetes-based microservices configurations using Kubernetes, Helm. You will drive operational excellence in a GitOps model using Argo CD, implement progressive delivery, and manage secure secrets via HashiCorp Vault and Kubernetes Secrets.

Responsibilities:

- Lead full lifecycle development of Kubernetes-based microservices configurations

- Drive operational excellence in a GitOps model using Argo CD

- Embrace AI technology to accelerate development, validation, and optimization of configuration-as-code

- Address complex challenges across configuration, policy, observability, and data services

- Own end-to-end configuration quality, enforcing governance with Open Policy Agent

- Advance a self-service platform using Backstage and Argo CD

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g., Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering)

- 7+ years demonstrated experience in software development

- Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly

- Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems

- Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results
