## Description

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into execution planning. You will design marketing campaigns, branding, marketing offline and online activity, then monitoring its efficiency. You will work with several partners to ensure good Grab presence in city-level and competitor analysis.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and oversee campaign performance.

- Collaborate with teams to identify business opportunities, develop marketing ideas, and create impactful marketing solutions.

- Work with creative and social media teams to design compelling promotional materials and content.

- Work with external parties.

- Provide insights around campaigns and content.

- Create weekly reports of performance, campaign evaluation, and next action items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or another related field.

- 2+ years of working experience in Marketing, with experience implementing marketing strategies and marketing campaigns.

- Excellent project management skills to manage campaign timelines and coordinate with teams.

- Understand how to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights using performance marketing tools.

- Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in content, timelines, and reports.

- Ability to create creative briefs and new campaign initiatives.
