## Description

Join Keywords Studios' Player Engagement team as a Trust & Safety - Operations Team Lead in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage, assign, and oversee the daily work and quality of the Trust & Safety team, report to clients, and ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate the Trust & Safety team, providing direction and guidance to ensure customer requests are answered efficiently.

- Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency.

- Delegate tasks, proactively resolve project issues, and monitor performance.

- Manage and enforce quality and consistency of team performance.

- Interact with clients, communicate project-related information, and find solutions to client requests.

- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.

- Perform moderation duties and assist with workspace setup and maintenance.

- Organize workflows, establish procedures, and contribute to strategy development.

Requirements:

- Strong observational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.

- High ethical standards, moderation skills, and proactive task completion.

- Strong problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and decisional skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Relevant qualifications, 2-4 years of leadership experience, and advanced knowledge of G Suite and Windows Suite.
