## Description

ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Commercial Transformation Director to lead assigned regional LAI strategic priorities and transformation workstreams across the Europe & International region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Translating global and regional LAI priorities into practical execution plans

- Leading complex matrix teams across functions and markets

- Building capabilities, governance, and performance rhythm required to accelerate adoption

- Driving above-country commercial execution and identifying barriers to LAI uptake

- Building and embedding must-win commercial capabilities

- Leading selected regional external engagement programmes or alliances

- Operating with commercial and compliance discipline

- Providing strong matrix leadership and contributing to the LAI Powerhouse agenda

The ideal candidate will have significant commercial leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare, including marketing and launch experience.

**Requirements:**

- Significant commercial leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare

- Proven track record leading multi-market or above-country commercial programmes

- Experience with omnichannel, data, and AI-enabled ways of working

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation or change programmes

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MSc, or comparable postgraduate qualification preferred
