## Description

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead complex technical initiatives and drive architectural decisions. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly complex, large-scale distributed software systems and features

- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions, evaluating emerging technologies and recommending cloud-native, microservices-based solutions

- Architect and integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions into production-grade, multi-tenant software systems

- Design and implement microservices-based, event-driven, and service-oriented architectures

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship

- Establish engineering standards for quality, observability, and operational excellence

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

- 5 years of experience in software development or related occupation

- Background in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, distributed software systems

- Ability to design and implement cloud-native architectures on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

- Ability to design and deliver microservices-based and event-driven software architectures

- Background in architecting and integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions into production software systems

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks

- Understanding of software architecture patterns

- Knowledge of data and storage technologies

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code

- Ability to translate complex and ambiguous business problems into scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions
