## Description

You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle for engineering simulation solutions across Malaysia, from lead generation through close, working directly with end users and through channel partners.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and executing territory strategy for assigned accounts and channel partners

- Developing deep relationships with engineering leaders and executives

- Coaching channel partner sales teams on positioning and selling Synopsys products

- Delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field with 4+ years of successful software sales and channel management experience

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota in a technical software or engineering tools environment

- Experience managing both direct customer relationships and indirect sales through channel partners

- Fluency in English and local languages spoken across Malaysia

As a Sales Account Management, Sr Staff, you will drive revenue growth in the Malaysia territory, help engineering teams adopt simulation earlier in their product development process, and establish Synopsys as the trusted simulation partner for Malaysia-based companies.
