## Description

Accenture is looking for a Customer & Growth Strategy Manager to work with clients on transforming their core operations, accelerating growth and scaling new businesses.

**Project Delivery**

- Lead a team of consultants to solve for CEO's burning issues and help clients achieve new performance highs.

- Provide intellectual leadership for the team and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

- Give team members formal and informal feedback and encourage them to develop their skills.

- Develop trusted-based client relationships to meet and exceed client expectations.

**Opportunity Development**

- Lead a team to help senior leaders pursue customer and growth related business opportunities.

- Help shape deals with clients and develop compelling proposals.

**Practice Building**

- Develop expertise in customer and growth practice areas to increase knowledge base and capabilities.

- Participate in recruiting campaigns, contribute to training programs, and write for internal and external audiences.

- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior consultants.

**Experience, Attributes and Qualifications**

- 8-12 years of experience in customer and growth strategies.

- Extensive knowledge and experience working with retail, consumer goods, travel, hospitality and broader consumer-facing industries.

- Strong potential in corporate strategy, topline growth and business model innovation, digital customer experience strategy.

- Strong capabilities in analytical and quantitative problem solving, and complex ideas communication.

- Proven experience in leading teams to deliver new strategies or capabilities.

- Flexibility to accommodate client and project travel requirements.

- Fluent in Cantonese and English, preferably in Mandarin.

- MBA from a global top-tier program is strongly preferred.
