## Description

We are seeking a sales professional to drive business growth in the graphics segment for 3M's Commercial Branding and Transportation Division (CBTD) in the West Region of India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and business development activities, handling large key accounts across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Goa.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in BFSI, retail, oil & gas, and automotive sectors

- Understanding customer needs and pain points, and addressing them through 3M CBTD solution offerings

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for customer service and complaint management

- Identifying new segments and promoting new products

- Achieving targeted sales volumes and value for the assigned territory

Requirements:

- BE/MBA with a proven sales track record

- 4-6 years of experience in core sales, preferably in B2B business development

- Experience working with brand owners and project teams is an added advantage

- Strong understanding of key account management and channel management

- Ability to conduct seminars and product demonstrations for large customer gatherings
