## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Trial Budget Manager to oversee clinical trial budgets and lead negotiation activities on a global scale. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing clinical trial agreements with sites and sponsors. You will also manage complex budget escalations and provide strategic solutions to support study timelines and financial objectives.

**Responsibilities**

- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements with sites and sponsors

- Manage complex budget escalations and provide strategic solutions to support study timelines and financial objectives

- Ensure tracking completion of all contractual documents for sites

- Establish project timelines

- Develop contract and budget templates and contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials

- Establish and execute goals and objectives for teams and track operational/financial performance

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

- 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech contract or clinical budget management

- Experience negotiating with vendors and CROs

- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including drafting, review, approval, and execution

- Ability to assess contractual risk and manage contracts independently

- Strong clinical budget review experience, including pricing, payment terms, and financial impact analysis

- Experience supporting global clinical studies and CRO/vendor contracting preferred
