Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing remarkable service to customers

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

Requirements:

- Down-to-earth and able to thrive under pressure

- Digitally confident

- Able to work flexibly across various areas of the store

- Commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience

Working hours:

- Thursday 06:00-10:00

- Friday 04:00-08:00

- Saturday 12:00-16:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. A £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
