## Description

WSP is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Drainage Engineer to join the UK CRC Development Infrastructure team in Noida. The role involves planning and designing deliverables against UK Engineering standards for various projects.

Responsibilities:

- Produce detailed drainage development infrastructure designs and construction drawings for UK projects, including residential, industrial, commercial, transport, water, retail, health, and education projects.

Key Competencies / Skills:

- Good command of written and verbal English.

- Experience in drainage infrastructure design, including detailing and hydraulic modelling.

- Problem-solving and originality.

- Cultural awareness, conscientiousness, and an open mind.

- High degree of self-motivation.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Desired Skills:

- UK experience, particularly in applying Building Regulations Part H, Sewers for Adoption, and preparing Section 104 and Section 106/107 packages.

- Flexibility to work on non-drainage design and knowledge of UK highway design, including gaining S38 and S278 technical approvals.

Qualifications:

- Master's or bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.

- At least 3 years of postgraduate experience working on infrastructure drainage projects.

- Experience working with other cultures.
