## Description

Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong – M Gallery Collection, a luxury resort in Phuket, is seeking an Assistant Villa Manager.

The successful candidate will lead, coach, and inspire the Villa Host team to provide excellent hospitality.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the arrival, in-stay, and departure experience for villa guests

- Managing VIP, repeat guest, and special occasion experiences with attention to detail and personalization

- Supervising daily reception, check-in, check-out, and guest service workflows

- Resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally

- Training, coaching, and scheduling front office team members

- Monitoring room inventory, occupancy, and yield management to drive revenue

- Acting as the shift leader or hotel representative when the manager is away

- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure clean and ready rooms

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 4 years of experience in luxury hotel operations

- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management capacity

- A background in villa, suite, or butler operations within a 5-star or ultra-luxury environment

- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional qualification

- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Additional languages, particularly Mandarin or Russian, are a significant advantage

- Strong financial acumen with exposure to budgeting and cost control processes
