## Description

As a Deployment Strategist at ElevenLabs, you'll work with a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers, and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, the company's enterprise AI platform.

Your mission is to understand the most important problems customers face, existing workflows, product needs, user motivations, and potential impact.

Responsibilities:

- Own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases to structuring commercial terms and driving them to close.

- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers, acting as a trusted partner and owning delivery outcomes.

- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows.

- Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents.

- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.

- Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.

- Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models.

- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology.

- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.

- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.

- Commercial instinct and comfort engaging in deal conversations.

- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.

- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.

- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.

- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.

Location: This role is remote-first in Switzerland, with a preference for Zurich. Regular travel for customer onsites is expected. Fluency in English and German is required.
