## Description

Join Carta's Contracts team in APAC as a Senior Paralegal, working with a Supervising Lawyer and a team of paralegals, lawyers, and AI agents. You'll manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, focusing on investment-related NDAs and documents.

**The Problems You'll Solve** As a Senior Paralegal, you'll work to:

- Keep contracts moving by owning prompt intake and first-round markup of documents

- Make the process more effective by supporting UK lawyers with drafting and ad hoc legal work

- Build reliable workflows for clients, managing document portals and driving contracts to execution

- Ensure high-quality contract support, balancing speed with attention to detail

**About You**

- 2+ years of experience in transactional legal work, preferably in a corporate practice group or in-house commercial legal team

- Hands-on exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting

- Ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments with precision

- Strong grasp of relevant legal concepts and commercial pragmatism

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

- Self-starter with a builder's mindset, looking for ways to improve team operations

- Familiarity with private markets and fund structures is a plus

**Desirable Requirements**

- Proficiency with AI-backed contract review tools like Carta Ava

- Language capability in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin
