## Description

We are seeking a Manager Compliance & Advisory to join our team at Vattenfall Real Energy Sales GmbH in Berlin. As a Manager Compliance & Advisory, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory data protection requirements for B2B energy sales.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements

- Identifying and analysing risks, and supporting measures to minimise risks

- Supporting internal stakeholders on AI and data protection-related issues

- Monitoring and maintaining data protection for systems and internal data processing processes

- Supporting marketing teams on data protection-related issues and campaign management

- Accompanying projects in the Data & Analytics area to ensure data protection-compliant solutions and methods

- Collaborating with internal and external partners, particularly on AI and data protection-related issues

- Supporting Vattenfall's internal compliance processes as a data protection and AI contact

Requirements:

- Completed studies in business law, legal science, business administration, or a comparable qualification

- Relevant professional experience in compliance, data protection, risk management, or business law

- Sound knowledge of data protection law (GDPR) and experience with data protection-related systems and processes

- Experience in collaborating with departments, particularly in sales, marketing, data analytics, and IT

- High level of initiative, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented and structured working methods

- Understanding of business processes and the ability to develop pragmatic solutions for complex legal issues

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
