## Description

Faculty's Life Sciences team builds AI solutions to optimise the research and commercialisation of life-changing therapies. As a Customer Director, you'll play a strategic role in growing impactful accounts, acting as a partner to Life Sciences clients, and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities to expand current accounts and onboard new clients

- Develop and implement robust strategic account plans aligning Faculty's AI solutions with client business objectives

- Lead commercial negotiations and partner with the Business Unit Director on sales planning and forecasting

- Build trusted relationships with senior budget holders and C-suite stakeholders

- Manage and mentor cross-functional commercial teams

- Represent Faculty at industry events and networking forums

Requirements:

- Experience managing senior, complex stakeholder relationships in the Life Sciences industry

- Experience leading large-scale AI/digital transformation projects

- Strong business development mindset with experience in sales methodologies and deal processes

- Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to scope problems and implement effective solutions

- Compelling communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical experts and translate data-oriented concepts for non-technical audiences

- Experience in team mentorship and coaching

- Demonstrated capability to balance multiple strategic projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and commercial impact
