## Description

We make health happen at Bupa, supporting those in need through our Richmond Villages, which provide luxury retirement living.

As a Care Assistant at Richmond Villages Witney, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring the choices of our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with high standards of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs

- Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care

- Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes

- Communicate with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals

**Requirements:**

- Complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process (Bupa will cover the cost of £40)

- Contract: BANK

- Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 08:00-20:00 & 20:00-0800
