## Description

We're seeking a Payroll and Time Tracking Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation of Workday's payroll solution internally. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with business partners to understand their needs, configure and test the Workday solution, and provide day-to-day systems support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking product suite

- Collaborate with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gaps

- Drive planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements

- Configure the Workday Financials product and create documentation as needed

- Identify opportunities for process improvements

- Participate in change management and go-live support processes

- Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives

- Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met

- Assist with integrating Workday with benefit providers, payroll systems, and other third-party solutions

**Basic Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of professional experience in business consulting, IT implementation, or customer support implementing Workday

- 5+ years of experience with the Workday enterprise platform

- 5+ years of experience with US and Canadian Payroll, along with International Payroll processes and policies

**Other Qualifications:**

- Experience with multiple HCM, payroll, and/or financial applications

- Ability to identify process gaps and provide improvements

- Demonstrated interpersonal and presentation skills

- Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies

- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change

**Salary:** The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
