## Description

This job focuses on developing and articulating a clear vision and strategy for legal operations that aligns with the overall organisational strategy.

The individual leads transformation initiatives, collaborates with stakeholders to streamline legal processes, and provides project management support for complex projects. Mentoring and inspiring team members to achieve long-term success in legal operations is also a key responsibility.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the legal operations that aligns with PayPal's overall strategy.

- Lead transformation initiatives focused on optimising budget management and legal department operations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline legal processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

- Provide project management support for complex legal operations projects.

- Mentor and inspire team members to achieve long-term success in legal operations.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Additional Information:**

- The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.

- The expected range of pay for this role by location is: San Jose, California: ($196,500.00 - $291,500.00 Annually).

- Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
