## Description

We are seeking an Application Engineer to join our TEBG Electronics Vertical, Tech R&D team in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, KR. As a global R&D organization, we focus on developing next-generation products and applications for major customers in the TEBG business.

**Job Summary** As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting customers in the electronics and display industries with adhesive and film products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and sales, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement application engineering solutions for customers in the electronics and display industries

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, engineering, and sales teams

- Conduct evaluations, analysis, and reporting of product performance

- Provide solutions to quality issues and propose improvements

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and document test results

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred

- At least 3 years of experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome)

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external customers

- Proficiency in MS Office and other office software

- Experience with laboratory equipment operation and maintenance

- Data-driven mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills a plus

- Basic English reading comprehension a plus
