## Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses with varying experience to join our Bank Care Service at The Children's Trust, a specialist centre for children with brain injury and neurodisability.

As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will work flexibly to provide high-quality care to children and young people with severe brain injuries and complex neuro-disability management needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Adhere to Nursing and Midwifery Council standards

- Maintain professional boundaries

- Create empowering environments for children and families

- Undertake assessments, care planning, and evaluations collaboratively

- Deliver individualized, high-quality care

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse qualification

- Evidence of continuing professional development

- Experience working with children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs

- Effective communication skills

- Holistic approach to care

- Accurate record-keeping abilities
