As a Sales Development Representative, you will gain a deeper understanding of Cisco's solutions and customers. Your tasks will include:

- Responding to and qualifying customer inquiries from various channels

- Engaging with customers and prospects to qualify them using defined touch patterns

- Driving engaging conversations with customers by matching Cisco products and solutions to solve their business objectives

- Striving to meet or exceed response time SLAs and demand-to-lead conversion

- Creating, developing, and closing opportunities from qualified leads

- Working closely with channel partners to improve new sales opportunities

- Managing sales opportunities using powerful technologies to remotely communicate with customers

Requirements:

- At least one year of meaningful work experience, ideally in sales within the IT sector

- Strong multi-tasking, reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of applications and willingness to learn other sales tools

- Full proficiency in English and German

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in big IT companies and selling through Channel Partners

- Experience in managing leads and using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong

- Speaking fluently at least one or more of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hebrew, Polish
