## Description

Join CoreWeave's Global Supplier Management and Technical Sourcing team as a Technical Sourcing Manager, Storage and Components. You'll lead strategic sourcing initiatives, build supplier relationships, and ensure supply chain resilience for critical components in AI hardware systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps for components and third-party storage.

- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Cultivate strong relationships with core suppliers, influencing their business models and technology roadmaps.

- Lead complex supplier negotiations, manage RFQs/RFPs, and finalize business awards.

- Implement Master Supply Agreements and statements of work (SOWs).

- Drive commercial engagements for prototype sourcing and development, supporting transitions from NPI to mass production.

- Propose and implement innovative supply chain enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain and related industries.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration.

- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.

- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.

- Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

- Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.

- Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in a technical, engineering field, or Business Administration.
