## Description

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment in the organization. As a Learning Experience Leader, you will design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character

- Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams

- Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements

- Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training

- Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities

- Amend and revise programs as necessary

- Act as a content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials

- Develop and create effective induction programs

- Monitor and review trainees' progress

- Ensure statutory training requirements are met

- Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning

- Ensure all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct
