## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to join our Card Servicing Strategy organisation. As a trusted advisor to the business, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall people strategy and delivering HR solutions that meet business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Consult with clients, HR partners, and other stakeholders to execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting

- Build relationships with clients, manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to deliver HR solutions that align with business needs

- Provide coaching and guidance to people managers on leadership skills, org design, and performance concerns

- Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes, including performance and talent management, leadership development, and change management

- Collaborate with senior leaders to build an inclusive and diverse team, create a culture of belonging, and drive high performance

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of client-facing experience or consulting experience

- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- MBA or Master's degree

- Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification

- 5+ years of client-facing experience or consulting experience

- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting

**Salary:** McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 per year Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 per year
