## Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Powertrain Design Engineer with deep experience in high-performance ICE development. This role is aimed at engineers with a strong background in Formula 1 or a comparable top-tier motorsport environment, especially those who have designed engine components, core ICE systems or prototype power units.

You will play a key role in the design and development of advanced engine components for current and future motorsport programmes. This position offers technical ownership, close collaboration with specialist teams, and the opportunity to influence the next generation of high-performance powertrains.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-performance ICE components including structural and rotating parts.

- Create, optimise and release 3D models and technical drawings using CATIA V5.

- Drive prototype layouts and contribute to concept, validation and performance optimisation.

- Collaborate closely with Simulation, Testing, Manufacturing, Materials and Assembly teams.

- Analyse mechanical, functional and durability requirements for motorsport applications.

- Support technical planning and cross-functional discussions for future powertrain programmes.
