You will be part of a two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, applying your scientific, engineering, or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training, and mentoring.

- Equipment Reliability: Enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management.

- Smart Manufacturing Innovation: Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies.

- Automation Expertise: Define and implement improvements, upgrade systems, and work with control systems and robotics technologies to optimize manufacturing operations.

- Digital & Data Expertise: Use data-driven approaches & data visualization techniques to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve decision making & operational efficiencies.

- Asset Management: Utilize techniques e.g., condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance, for optimal equipment performance.

- Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.

- Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to energy management and sustainability projects, supporting GSK's Net Carbon Zero mission.
