## Description

We are seeking an experienced fire consultant to lead one of our fire design groups through a period of change, ensuring proximity to technology, customers, and projects.

As a Group Manager, you will have a central role combining leadership with work on customer assignments. Your main task is to create conditions for employees to grow technically, commercially, and in their consulting roles.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop group employees located in multiple locations.

- Work on competence development, recruitment, and competence supply.

- Build and develop long-term customer relationships.

- Participate in sales and tender work.

- Contribute to business development and strategic work for the Fire Department.

- Work on projects as a project manager, representative, or senior consultant.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Fire Engineering or a related field.

- Several years of experience in fire design.

- Experience in project management.

- Leadership experience.

- Ability to create trust among customers, colleagues, and partners.

Preferred qualifications:

- Previous leadership experience.

- Experience with analytical dimensioning.

- Experience in coordinating large and complex projects.

- Experience with international projects or cross-border collaboration.
