This is an opportunity to do career-defining work as a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Agentic Experience team at Auth0. You will design and build developer tooling, demo applications, and contribute to open-source projects to empower human developers and AI agents to build secure, intelligent applications.

**Responsibilities**

- Design and build developer tooling to help developers secure and manage infrastructure

- Build demo applications to showcase secure, identity-powered AI use cases

- Contribute to open-source projects and write high-quality documentation

- Drive integration with emerging AI frameworks

- Collaborate with design, product, and security teams to align on developer needs and roadmap direction

- Mentor and support other engineers

- Influence engineering standards and ensure resilience and security of systems

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, and/or Python

- Experience working with LLM APIs, agent runtimes, and orchestration layers

- Familiarity with authentication and authorisation systems

- Demonstrated experience leading architecture and design efforts for scalable systems

**Technologies**

- Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python

- Frameworks: React, Next.js, FastAPI

- AI Ecosystem: Model APIs, orchestration runtimes, prompt management systems, agent toolkits

- Auth0 Stack: Token Vault, Async Authorisation, Fine-Grained Authorisation (FGA)

**Benefits**

- Annual base salary range: $147,000-$202,000 USD
