## Description

This is a contract role of 5 months (full-time) but with the possibility of extension or absorption to a permanent role depending on business needs.

Join Keywords Studios in building engaging player communities and offering outstanding experiences! The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage end-to-end hiring processes for the Player Engagement service line, focusing on recruiting talent for player support operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Player Engagement roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates for player support operations.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Prepare and maintain basic recruitment reports and dashboards for tracking progress and metrics.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in BPO or gaming industry.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace or other basic reporting tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
