As a Senior Retail Marketing Manager, you will develop and manage Razer's regional retail marketing strategy, creating campaigns that build the Razer brand and drive product sell-through at retail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement retail and channel marketing plans to support corporate objectives and grow market share and profitability.

- Develop and manage channel partner programs, promotions, contracts, and account activities.

- Forecast, build, and manage market development and co-op budgets.

- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify priority channels and account targets.

- Serve as liaison between marketing and sales to align plans and activities.

- Track the effectiveness of retail marketing programs and inform pricing, promotion, and program decisions.

- Partner with design teams and external agencies to develop promotional materials.

- Lead preparation and delivery of point-of-purchase materials to support in-store promotions.

- Prepare and present ongoing performance reports to sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
