## Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst/System Analyst (NPI) to join our team. You will work at the intersection of R&D, production, Supply Chain, and IT, researching and optimizing NPI processes and product specification management.

**Job Description:**

As a Business Analyst/System Analyst (NPI), you will have the opportunity to influence how new products are created and launched in an international technology company with a full-cycle production.

**Responsibilities:**

- Research existing technical specification creation, transfer, and approval processes.

- Optimize and standardize the specification lifecycle: EVT/DVT/PVT/Mass production.

- Develop access rights matrix and change management logic for specifications.

- Investigate the current NPI process and gather requirements from stakeholders (R&D, Supply Chain, Production).

- Transform business requirements into clear technical tasks (TOR / BRD / SRS) for NPI process automation and specification registry creation.

- Participate in designing data integration logic between systems and future solution architecture.

- Support development/setup process, participate in UAT testing, and help the team adapt to new tools.

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst (system analyst).

- Practical experience with NPI processes and understanding of product specification structure (Bill of Materials, technical maps, technical conditions, Master Data).

- Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MDM (Master Data Management), or ERP/BPM systems is a plus.

- Proficiency in business process modeling notations (BPMN 2.0, UML) and tools (Camunda, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio).

- Experience in gathering requirements from different departments, prioritizing them, and writing high-quality TOR for developers/integrators.

- Analytical thinking: ability to understand complex processes and data connections.

- Communication skills: ability to be a "translator" between technical specialists, business, and IT teams.
