## Description

We are seeking a Data Coder to join our team in Taguig City, Philippines. As a Data Coder, you will be responsible for transforming incoming paper data from suppliers to electronic data files.

**Essential Functions**

- Code data, as required, transforming incoming paper data from suppliers to electronic data files.

- Interpret written responses and enter coding systems allocating data to standard reference systems.

- Perform quality assurance on coded data to ensure it accurately reflects the paper data submission.

- Bridge data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA's reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

- Transcribe paper invoice required details into Malaysia Paper Panel template.

- Validate invoice transactions and compare against Malaysia's master compilation with IQVIA's reference database to make a match or bridge.

- Perform quality assurance on transcribed data to ensure it accurately reflects the actual / closest invoice details.

- Execute necessary tasks in maintaining the reference files based on set guidelines.

- Perform data gathering and review product reference information with the use of internet.

- Update and maintain product reference database.

- Provide regular updates to local office for deliverables.

- Perform regular review of all product reference extracts.

- Provide accurate and complete outputs for all reports according to timeline.

- Participate in projects and process improvements.

- Work and communicate with other departments.

- Liaise with Support teams to perform data fixes.

- Provide and analyze query resolutions and inputs.

**Qualifications**

- Pharmacy bachelor's degree or health sciences-related background preferred.

- Strong customer focus, attention to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes.

- Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.

- Ability to read and translate paper invoice details.

- At least three (3) years' work experience in which PC literacy skills including Word, Excel have been gained.

- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English or language of the country supported.
