## Description

We are seeking an experienced Operation Expert, AVP to join our team in Bangalore, India.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of equity and fixed income attribution methodologies, as well as hands-on experience in attribution analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reporting platforms are up and running with no impact on daily BAUs, adhoc/urgent tasks

- Complete ongoing projects, streamline and stabilize processes after Go Live, and suggest process improvements

- Provide structured reporting services, working with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery levels

- Engage with function-wide, DWS India-wide initiatives, and represent the team in different forums

- Foster a culture of One Global Team and partner with sub-functions colleagues to improve existing processes

**Requirements:**

- Strong understanding of equity and fixed income attribution methodologies

- Hands-on experience in attribution analysis

- Exposure to client reporting, performance, and investment reporting background

- Understanding of asset management operations preferred but not mandatory

- Knowledge of applications like Aladdin, Bloomberg, and StatPro an added advantage

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data, take ownership, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
