## Description

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Principal Product Manager to guide the vision, strategy, and execution for the Elastic Agent Builder. This role involves working at the cutting edge of the AI ecosystem, collaborating with senior leadership, hyperscalers, and a global community of AI developers.

**What You Will Be Doing**

- Collaborate with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to understand requirements and define product needs.

- Develop and socialize a roadmap for core context engineering capabilities built on Elastic-powered retrieval and relevance for AI Agents.

- Analyze the AI Agent market, trends, and competitors to inform strategy.

- Work with data science and engineering to build a strategy for benchmarking and evaluating agent capabilities.

- Partner with design to create user experiences that address gaps in how agents show and refine context.

- Evangelize Agent Builder capabilities through content and open-source projects.

- Engage with a broad ecosystem of AI partners, including cloud service providers and community developers.

**What You Bring**

- 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products.

- Deep technical understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and context engineering.

- Proven ability to lead across a matrixed organization, align multiple stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex engineering details into compelling narratives.

- Passion for industry trends and commitment to solving real-world customer problems.

**Compensation**

- The typical starting salary range for this role is: $159,800-$252,800 USD.

- In select locations, an alternate range may apply: $191,900-$303,500 USD.
