Responsibilities:

- Create and deliver engaging presentations and storytelling programs for internal and external audiences, using modern digital platforms and AI tools.

- Advise senior leaders on communication strategies, supporting executive sessions and group-wide information sharing programs.

- Improve operational processes by distilling complex data into actionable recommendations, collaborating with multiple partners across EA.

- Lead scalable communication initiatives, including townhalls and leadership sessions, to position us as industry innovators.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing management, or a related field within gaming, entertainment, or technology.

- Experience using AI tools and digital platforms to increase communication reach and efficiency.

- Experience running large-scale communication programs and operationalizing business models in matrixed organizations.

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
