## Description

As a Market Manager at Airbnb, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and expansion of our supply in the United Kingdom.

You will manage hotels, optimising their setup through discounts, availability, and other levers to enhance Airbnb's market presence in the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building, managing, and expanding partner relationships within your territory to surpass quarterly targets with Hotels

- Implementing strategies to effectively manage and optimise your portfolio of hotels in the UK/IE and Nordics

- Conducting regular optimisation calls and business reviews with partners to develop strong, enduring partnerships

- Ensuring competitiveness of your partners and optimising for conversion

- Educating clients on significant product updates and cascading feedback on product and public policy to internal stakeholders

- Leveraging data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities

- Using an entrepreneurial approach to develop and implement unique engagement projects

- Working cross-functionally with teams such as product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support

- Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of UK/IE and Nordics market trends

- Understanding the technical aspects of software partnerships

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support

- 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience

- Proven track record of effectively working a book of business

- Proficient quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data

- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels

- Proven experience working cross-functionally

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus

- Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy

In terms of compensation, the annual pay range for this role is £60,000-£70,000 GBP.
