## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Fulham Broadway. You'll work part-time on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 15:00-19:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide exceptional service, recommend products, and drive sales growth. You should be digitally confident, able to work in a high-pressure environment, and be flexible across various store areas.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands in the retail environment
