## Description

Visa is seeking an experienced business leader to head its Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) team in Japan, Korea and Mongolia (JKM) cluster. As the Cluster Head of VCS, you will develop and drive the strategy, create and execute on a market sales plan, and lead key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy a multi-year strategy to ensure growth and synergies across VCS solutions in JKM cluster

- Meet VCS volume, revenue and market share targets across all VCS business portfolios

- Manage a team to deliver on business plans, drive new revenues, identify client needs and deploy VCS solutions

- Lead client engagements with the sales team to drive expansion across VCS solutions and segments

- Identify and scale partnerships to capture new pools of flows and deploy new business models and solutions

- Deliver market-relevant solutions for Large Corporates, Small Businesses, Middle Market Enterprise, Fintech and Governments

- Work closely with local leadership teams, regional and global teams to deliver the plan across VCS in JKM

- Contribute to market and country goals and growth plans

- Set joint objectives and support performance targets for the function

- Advocate for the business and collaborate across market and regional teams

- Develop and drive strong client engagement with senior management teams

- Execute on core VCS business areas and scale new growth

- Develop and deploy the Government Solutions strategy for JKM

Requirements:

- Strong experience in Commercial Cards, Transaction Banking and/or Cash Management

- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in top-tier financial institutions, payments networks or financial services firms

- Deep understanding of current B2B payment trends, regulatory environment and market landscape

- Outstanding people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams

- Strong experience working directly with and influencing clients

- Good knowledge of product management and development, data-driven insights and finance

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams

- Successful track record of stakeholder management and communication

- Willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for people management and development

- Preferably a Master's degree in Business
