## Description

As an Online Manager at Asda, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store.

You'll be responsible for the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions, validating picker and driver resources for the store through effective rota planning, ensuring the team drives picking accuracy to guarantee consistency in the online operation.

**Key Qualities:**

- Drive strategy into action: Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering great availability standards, key metrics, and KRAs through routine and processes.

- Lead with impact: Engage and coach your team to constantly improve routine and process while creating a culture of selling with personality, driving pick accuracy, and serving customers with heart and pride.

- Results-focused: Drive best value offering across our online operation, CSI, and react to customer feedback to create and execute effective action plans from audits.

- Talent Development: Listen with empathy, drive resilience, and encourage ownership, focus, and passion for the business by bringing the 'Asdaness' to work every day and supporting the development of the team.

**Requirements:**

- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.

- Operational knowledge of the Online retail environment.

- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.

- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.

- Strong organisational skills and great customer service.

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
